Lazastellar

I am an American artist currently living and working in Honiton, Devon, England. My family heritage is deeply tied to New York—my parents are from Manhattan and Queens, and I grew up 3.5 hours north of New York City before relocating to the UK. My raw Neo-Expressionist voice was forged in that rich, East Coast artistic lineage.

My work is mixed media across a variety of sturdy, tactile surfaces—including custom handmade calico canvas, professional pre-stretched canvas, recycled plywood, and heavy layered cardboard. They are  presented unframed with clean, organic margins that showcase the raw, physical history of the object.
