Artist Statement:

I am a Manchester-based abstract figurative contemporary artist. My creative practice
began in my teens and was shaped by an early career in fashion after graduating, I
worked internationally as a designer across Europe and the Far East before moving into
freelance practice.

Alongside my studio work, I have lectured in life drawing and fashion illustration at
universities in Manchester and Salford and worked extensively in community arts and
education. My current work explores abstract figurative forms, pushing perspective,
materiality, and expressive mark-making.
